Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site www.gamicha-jama.com and the purchase of digital products (ebooks, educational resources, recipes). By using the site, you accept them without reservation.

2. Products & prices

Prices are entered in Canadian dollars (CAD) and displayed converted to your local currency based on your IP. The final amount charged is the CAD amount indicated at checkout. Products are digital, delivered by download immediately after payment.

3. Order & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, a secure download link is sent to the email provided. This link expires and is renewable via customer support.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the exceptions provided for digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started. If a technical issue prevents access to the file, contact us at Sanako.kidsca@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt — we will help you.

5. Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Sanako Kids.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed and your files have been made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues downloading, accessing, or opening your files, please contact us at Sanako.kidsca@gmail.com with your order confirmation or receipt. We will gladly assist you and resend your files if needed, typically within 24 hours.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital download and that no physical item will be shipped.

6. Intellectual property license

All content (texts, images, PDFs, videos) remains the property of Gamicha Jama. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable and non-commercial use license. Reselling, sharing, redistributing or printing for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Liability

The content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Gamicha Jama makes no warranty of specific result and cannot be held liable for indirect use of the resources.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
